FOUNDATIONS OF MINDFULNESS: BUILD YOUR PRACTICE

Introduction to Mindfulness is an hour and a half workshop designed to give you a foundational understanding of what mindfulness is in an easy and accessible way. Led by Mike Goins.
Upcoming Dates: January 25, March 28, May 9, August 22, October 10.
Mindfulness 101 a 4-week program consisting of four 75 minute classes offering simple, easy to understand instruction in the basic elements of mindfulness meditation. Led by Janka Livoncova.
Upcoming Dates: Mondays, February 3 – 24, Tuesdays, June 9 – 30, Mondays, October 12 – November 2.
Mindfulness 201 is a 5-week program consisting of five 90 minutes classes offering practices and tools built upon 101 and MBSR to deepen and strengthen one’s mindfulness practice. Led by Janka Livoncova.
Upcoming Dates: Mondays, March 30 – April 27, *Mondays, November 9 – December 14.
*Second sessions skips the week of Thanksgiving.

INTEGRATIVE MINDFULNESS: MANAGE YOUR OVERALL WELLNESS

Introduction to Mindfulness is an hour and a half workshop designed to give you a foundational understanding of what mindfulness is in an easy and accessible way. Led by Mike Goins.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically validated, intensive 8-week course designed to empower participants through meditative awareness to take an active role in the management of their own health and wellness. Includes a Saturday retreat. Led by Janka Livoncova.
Upcoming Dates: Tuesdays, January 19 – March 3, Tuesdays September 15 – November 3.
The Art and Practice of Happiness is a 5-week course will focus on the practices of Lovingkindness, Compassion and Mindfulness to strengthen self-confidence, self-acceptance and steadiness of the mind and heart. Led by Janka Livoncova. Upcoming Dates: April 21 – May 19.

MINDFUL LIVING: SUSTAIN YOUR PRACTICE

Membership to the Center for Mindful Living allows you to access weekly classes to sustain your practice in a supportive community after you graduate from each program. CML offers a variety of levels which include various perks depending on your selection, such as discounts on workshops, unlimited weekly classes, access to the library, guest passes and more!
Mindfulness Courses outside of the curriculum you chose are still available for you to take based on certain prerequisites. For example, after taking Mindfulness 101 you are still able to take MBSR and the Art of Happiness, Similarly, all of the other courses are open to you as well after MBSR.
Workshops and Events provide various new ways to deepen your practice. Day of Practice gives yo an opportunity for a day-long meditation practice in community. Yoga Nidra offers a relaxing technique to calm your body and mind. Day of Nurturance helps you to go deeper into the emotions that arise in your practice.
