The Center for Mindful Living offers daily, online Mindfulness Practice Programs that helps you to begin and deepen your mindfulness practice, including yoga, meditation, Qigong and more. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop-in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $5-$10 depending on the class.
We also offer a variety of special workshops, series, retreats and events online each month to further support your mindfulness journey and explore a variety of mindfulness topics and exercises through lectures, practice and discussions. Each offering varies in price and duration, and features a wide range of instructors who specialize in different mindfulness practices. Keep an eye out on our calendar for new workshops every month!
