Weekly Classes and Workshops

The Center for Mindful Living offers Mindfulness Practice Programs that helps you to begin and deepen your mindfulness practice, including yoga, meditation, and more. All weekly classes are FREE to members and non-member drop-in price is $5-$10 depending on the class.

All weekly classes are held at our studio space on the 2nd floor of the St. Elmo Fire Hall: 4501 St Elmo Ave. Chattanooga, TN 37409. Plenty of free street parking is available on both sides of W 45th St.

We also offer a variety of special workshops, series, retreats and events online each month to further support your mindfulness journey and explore a variety of mindfulness topics and exercises through lectures, practice and discussions. Each offering varies in price and duration, and features a wide range of instructors who specialize in different mindfulness practices.
