"Working with dreams" means remembering and exploring the dreams with an eye to their symbolic meaning. Each one of us is uniquely blind to the deeper meanings of our own dreams, and group dream work helps us see what amazing gifts are there below the surface of their obvious appearance. Kelsey is a yoga instructor and practitioner devoted to sharing the transformative power of this practice with every life she touches. The aim of her work is to bring people closer to the truth of who they are, using the physical practice of yoga as an entry point. For Kelsey, yoga is an experience; a way of being; a courageous journey that asks us to move towards discomfort rather than away; a practice of getting into our lives rather than escaping them.
Kelsey completed her 200-hour training in the Para Yoga style under the guidance of Katie Silcox, and in January 2019 graduated from a 300-hour advanced studies program with master teacher Kelly Golden, founder and director of Vira Bhava Yoga. Come practice with Kelsey every Wednesday!
