Thich Nhat Hanh “Peace is Every Step”
In this spring season, join Mindful Monday Walks to cultivate a peaceful presence and reorient slowly to mindful gatherings. This 4-week series on Mondays at 6pm is led by Maggie White and will take place in a different green space around Chattanooga each week.
When practicing mindfulness outdoors, we utilize our senses to observe the present moment and connect to the beauty of nature. Walking along paths, Maggie will guide pauses to weave in breathing techniques, mindful practices, and gentle stretches to truly practice awareness and peace in every step.
