Weekly Classes

The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

Join us to take a mindful moment in the middle of your day! This mid-day yoga class mindfully links breath with movement to build energy, quiet the mind, and steady the body. Class is suitable for all levels and open to anyone with a desire to cultivate more presence throughout the day.
