The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

NOW ONLINE! Meditation Mix: Zazen Meditation with Anthony Wiley

Join us for an unique opportunity to explore a mix of meditation styles from five different instructors. Whether you are new to meditation or want to expand your existing practice, we designed this class to help you access various ways to connect with the present moment, gain a greater sense of self awareness and receive support from community. Each Monday of the month you will be guided by a new instructor through a meditation that is reflective of their practice and teachings.

Join Anthony Wiley every other third Monday of the month for his special blend of 
Zazen and mindfulness meditation. This practice allows us to unify the body, breath, and mind, and meet ourselves with ever-unfolding compassionate and non-judgmental awareness in each moment as we sit. He specializes in developing his practice as a response to, and for those who have experienced early childhood trauma, PTSD, or belong to a marginalized community.

Anthony M. Wiley is a mindful speaking music producer. He has been committed to following the Narrow Way and practicing philosophy for over three years. As a complement to his formal education received at Alabama State University, he credits much of his learning to being an autodidact. In addition to his endless pursuit of knowledge and creating, Anthony has spent the last seven years serving in the United States Navy. He's served two tours overseas and received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Coast Guard Expeditionary Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Anthony, invites us into his practice, providing us tools and insights to help navigate this long, tedious journey of life and find the will to change.
