Weekly Classes

The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

Chakra Journey - March 2020

As we move our awareness through the chakras using attention and breath, we will view these energy centers of our bodies from both the traditional yogic teachings as well as a more contemporary perspective on how we can bring our mental, physical, and spiritual energies into better balance. Accessible for all level of practitioners. Led by Sue Reynolds.
