Weekly Classes

The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

Presence with Yoga

Every Thursday starting 01/09/20 from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM Until 12/17/2020 ET

Presence With Yoga offers a gentle and user friendly approach for those desiring a slow style of yoga or who may have physical limitations. Benefits include ease of movement, strengthening and flexibility, focus and relaxation. Class will include fifteen minutes of meditation.

Sue Reynolds (RYT- E 500) began yoga practice in 1972. She has studied with many master teachers, earned several teaching certifications and has enjoyed introducing yoga to Chattanoogans for over three decades. Chattanooga's first yoga studio was opened by Sue in 1999.
