The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

Discover your own POWER over pain! Connect with your inner resources to help manage your pain in a more emPOWERed way. This weekly drop in program will offer participants information on how they can work with their chronic pain, empowering them with sensible advice, practical support and mindful practice, to help reduce their experience of chronic pain and regain control of their lives!

Facilitated by Jason Therrien, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is a certified specialist in pain.
