Weekly Classes

The Center for Mindful Living offers daily Mindfulness Practice Programs that introduce you to mindfulness and also support your practice of mindfulness. All Mindfulness Practice Programs are FREE to members and may be attended on a drop in basis. The non-member drop-in price is $10.

Mindful Movement

Every Tuesday starting 01/07/20 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Until 12/22/2020 ET

We will practice bringing awareness to our bodies, allowing our busy minds to rest as we settle into the present moment. This practice can increase the moments where we are more present to our experience in the here and now. From this place of mindful presence, we are able to invite greater well-being, personal growth, self-acceptance, self-compassion and joy.

This class will provide you with the unique opportunity to discover different forms of mindful movement, such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and yoga, to cultivate a mind/body connection. There is no need for previous experience.
