Aroma has been a powerful tool used for thousands of years to bring healing to the emotional, mental and physical bodies. Quality essential oils are one of the few substances on the earth with the ability to break through the blood-brain barrier, positively and immediately impacting our thoughts and feelings. When integrated into your personal mindfulness practices properly, they can be an impactful, yet simple avenue in helping us calm the mind, and be more present in the here and now.
In this workshop, we’ll learn how essential oils work, specific uses of many common oils, and explore the ways you can use essential oils physically, spiritually and mindfully. During the workshop, each participant will receive a personal aromatherapy treatment, a take-home essential oil kit and a reference booklet to guide your journey with essential oils afterwards.
You will have an hour lunch break, so feel free to bring a lunch or use this time to walk to any of our nearby restaurants.
