Even crazy changes in your own body. Let’s face it, middle school can mess with anyone!
Muddled in the Middle can help. In this series, you can connect with peers going through the same stuff and learn simple, brain-based techniques to help you cultivate calm through the maelstrom that is middle school. You’ll even get tips for setting up routines at home!
This class is for 6th-8th graders and is a 4 week series focusing on mindfulness for middle schoolers.
This series will explore the brain-body connection through activities and games, mindful movement, breath work, and both group and individual reflection. Each week will include tips for creating a home practice to reinforce the information presented in class.
