While the holidays can be a wonderful time of the year, it can also be very challenging. Our pace is more hectic and we may spend time with family that hold world views that challenge us. Lovingkindness and gratitude practices help us keep an open and loving heart, even in the face of fear and resentment. We feel kinder and less judgmental, which can help us navigate our lives with greater ease. Through guided meditation, discussion and Q&A, we will learn how these meditations can enrich our lives, enabling us to meet what’s challenging with greater balance and compassion, while offering us a place of pause, especially during stressful times.
