So Delicious: Being Mindful with Food

1/12/2019 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET

Keep your 2019 resolutions around health and weight loss with a wholly different and sustainable approach to food! This workshop, led by Pam Kelle, a registered dietician and nutritionist, combines her years of experience with M-EATS workshop, Cognitively Based Compassion Training and Am I Hungry? to help you learn to reconnect with your body's signals and uncover the ways emotions and stress influence your eating.  This workshop will combine lecture, personal reflection, discussion and eating practices to help you truly understand how to implement these tools for success.

Pamela Kelle is a registered dietitian (RD), licensed nutrition therapist (LDN), has a certificate through the American Dietetic Association as an adult weight management specialist, and is the only certified eating disorders registered dietitian (CEDRD) in the area. Pamela Kelle received her bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1994 with honors as the dietetic student of the year from the American Dietetic Association, awarded the Georgia Bell scholarship and was member of the Golden Key and Kappa Omni Kron Nu Society. She finished her dietetic internship in 1995 at the prestigious Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she gave the keynote address at graduation.
