How to Meditate

There is a large and rapidly growing body of scientific research around meditation that recognizes its significant benefit to mental and physical health  But how do you meditate, exactly? If you've been curious about how to meditate, or if you've tried meditation but have questions and are looking for more instruction, this class is for you.  We'll explore meditation in a practical way for modern lifestyles.  The class aims to provide clear instruction while also inspiring you to establish a consistent meditation practice.  

Led by Paul Peterson.Upasaka Upali, aka Paul Peterson, is a meditation teacher from a style that incorporates modern cognitive science with ancient meditation techniques.   He studies with Upasaka Culadsa, Ph.D., author of the Mind Illuminated.
