Led by Anthony Crutcher. Below is a brief bio from him: "Stress on my job and a knee injury led me to the practice of yoga. The practice reduced my stress and anxiety and improved the mobility in my knee. Since this practice worked for me I decided to share what I learned with others by becoming a yoga instructor in 2000. In order to deepen my understanding of yoga I have continued to study and practice it for more than 25 years. My approach to teaching is influenced by my exposure to various instructors, including Tias Little, Doug Keller Dr. Ranjani Cobo, Rodney Yee and Dr. Roger Cole and my personal practice. I consider my students my greatest teachers. I received my 500 hour yoga teacher certification studying with Tias and Surya Little in their Prajna Teacher Training Program in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My adaptive, supportive style works well for all levels and all body types. I am also a certified Level One Somatic Exercise Coach, through Martha Peterson’s Essential Somatics Program. “I enjoy serving as a guide, taking students on an inward journey of self-discovery; giving them space and time to discover and experience their own individual beauty, strength, balance, peace and acceptance.”
