Mike Goins came to his mindfulness practice as a way to thrive in spite of intense work stress as Principal of a middle school in Maryland. He has practiced for more than 20 years, using a wide variety of meditation, including seated, yoga, Qi Gong, Akido, Tai Chi and more. He is committed to helping others discover the same benefits he experienced thanks to mindfulness.
