Using Your Enneagram for Personal Growth

2/9/2019 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET

This workshop will use the 9 Enneagram types, creative exercises, personal reflection and group discussion to assist each participant in identifying opportunities and setting intentions to create a more balanced and peaceful life.

The Enneagram system gives us insight into our particular ways of interacting with the world - both our strengths AND our opportunities for growth. Our particular type has habits and patterns which can prevent us from living in whole and healthy ways.  When we identify and observe these habits and patterns, we are able to choose a more intentional way of living.

The workshop will also use creative exercises to help participants identify which habits and patterns seem to be more at work in your life and the ones we would most benefit from working on.  The reflection and discussion will afford the participant specific ways to make more conscious choices, which in turn produces a more balanced and peaceful life.  In addition, these insights can significantly help the participant strengthen their relationship to self and others.

This workshop will be most beneficial to those who:
  • Are familiar with the Enneagram and have identified their personality type.
  • Have reflected on the patterns and habits that create obstacles for themselves in life and relationships.

For those without familiarity of their Enneagram, we encourage you to explore the Riso Hudson test online and other content related to types prior to attending this workshop.
