What do our dreams mean? Can they provide insight into our waking life or are they just our minds running free? Bring a friend and a recent dream to this fun and interactive workshop. It will introduce the Jungian model of dream work - a practice that can help us better understand ourselves. You will learn a little, laugh a little and finish the afternoon enjoying a glass of wine while you decorate a dream journal to take home. Led by Susu Smartt.
Susan Smartt has been exploring her unconscious through the study of Jungian psychology and dream work for more than 30 years.
